Norman McNulty Represents Federal Workers' Compensation Claimants Nationwide |
My BackgroundNorm McNulty has practiced administrative law for over 30 years, handling cases involving numerous state and federal agencies. McNulty served in the Navy from 1964 to 1968. He attended the University of Washington in Seattle and the University of Washington School of Law. While a law student, he worked in the legal department of Army Corps of Engineers. After graduation from law school in 1973, he began working as an attorney for the Legal Services Corporation, a federally funded organization that provided legal representation to low-income clients, first in Colville, Washington and then in Spokane. Mr. McNulty brought many court actions that resulted in major changes in public policy by the State. He has argued many times in the Washington State Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. One of his cases, Flanders v. Morris, is nationally cited in court decisions for its provision that a state legislature bill contain only one subject and that the subject be reflected in the title of the bill. Upon leaving Legal Services in 1993 to begin his private practice, his court cases were honored "as a lasting legacy to Norm McNulty's skill as an effective advocate for the poor and disenfranchised." §§ |
